1. What is search engine optimisation?

The search engine optimisation (also known as SEO) is the act of making a website more attractive to search engines by increasing its ranks. To get results web designers use special tools such as writing the right meta tags and meta descriptions or writing the website in a clean HTML code.

2. What are .tif, .gif and .eps electronic formats?

- .tif images are used for printouts. They will come with a 300 dpi (dots per inch) resolution, which will be enable to generate very good quality prints. Their size can be reduced without any loss of quality.
- .gif images are generally featured in websites, emails, banners and newsletters. They normally have 72 dpi resolution (computer screen resolution), enough for best visualisation. A .gif image cannot be rescaled.
- .eps images are normally vector images with a possibility to increase their size without any loss of quality.

All these formats can be easily read by most of the picture processors software.

3. What are RGB and CMYK versions?

- RGB (Red, Green, Blue) is the colour spectrum used by computer screens, monitors and TV sets.
- CMYK (Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, Black) is the colour spectrum used by printers.

4. What is lifetime support?
